Stay True to Your Call
As a believer, we are all called to be a witness to Jesus. But even with this common commission, God’s call on each of us is unique and individual. It’s so easy to get caught up in what others are doing that we tend to compare or imitate. But God has a specific path for each of us—one with a specific method, a specific people to reach, and a specific message.
The enemy wants you to compare, to measure your impact with others, to treat their blessings or favor as a sign of God’s approval. But God only holds us accountable for our own testimony. We can only witness to the things we’ve experienced. We have to stay true to our own walk with Him.
So, don’t worry about the rewards you see others receive—you have blessings coming and even more stored up in Heaven.
Don’t worry about what others say about what you are doing—your goal is to please God.
Don’t worry about the timing or manifestation—in God’s will, everything is on time.
Don’t worry about failing or being a disappointment—you have the Holy Spirit to lead you and back you up.
Stay true to your call.
